Terms

Playing

Tumbleway is free. You may play it on your own phone for fun. You do not need an account; creating one only keeps your progress when you change phones. Lozikit, Kathmandu, Nepal, makes the game.

Your account

Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what is done with your account. Your username must not be offensive or pretend to be someone else, and we may change it or remove it from the ranks.

Ranks and fair play

The ranks are for people playing the game as it is. Scores are timed by our server and checked, and a score that could not have been played may be held back, left off the ranks or removed. Cheating tools, modified apps and automated play are not allowed, and a player who uses them can be taken off the ranks.

Ads

Tumbleway may offer an optional video ad in exchange for an extra life, and may show an ad between runs. You never have to watch a video for a reward. The ads come from Google AdMob; please only tap an ad because you want to see what it offers.

Your data

You can delete your data at any time in Settings, or at the link on the privacy page.

What we cannot promise

The game and its servers are provided as they are. They may be unavailable, change, or stop; your progress is kept as well as we can, but we cannot promise it is never lost. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from playing or not being able to play a free game.

Changes and contact
